At Heart in Mind we have a particular focus on how conditions impact the Heart; connection, identity, value, purpose and choice.
In collaboration with our patients we offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT), Metacognitive Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Therapy.
Our psychologists are experienced working with Adults, Adolescents and Children.
If you do not keep your Heart in Mind, you will remain unaware of whether your psychological needs are getting met. That being the case, you may not be nourished and because you are not nourished, you will not prosper.
