Miranda is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), who works with teenagers and adults as they attend to their mental health needs. Over 20 years Miranda has had dynamic professional experience including working in such areas as counselling, domestic violence, criminal justice, health, homelessness, addiction issues and mental health. The last majority of these years have been in a private practice setting.
Miranda has experience providing professional supervision and has worked within diverse tertiary education contexts. Miranda is a silver level ACFED member and a level 1 Gottman practitioner. Miranda sits on the Teen Challenge Queensland board, as well as other boards.
